The barb male threaded adaptor connects drip tubing to any threaded fitting, valve or accessory, with the barb side pushing onto the tube and the male-thread side screwing into the threaded inlet.
It is the bridge fitting growers reach for whenever a drip lateral has to meet a threaded valve, a filter outlet, a fertigation manifold or a pre-installed riser. The simple two-sided design keeps installation fast and makes future maintenance straightforward, since the tube can be detached without disturbing the threaded hardware on the other side.
