IrriNex Fertigation Tank – Liquid Fertilizer Injector for Irrigation Systems
Large-capacity fertilizer tank for commercial fertigation systems with pressure bypass.
SS
Modern irrigation systems face several critical challenges when integrating fertilization:
Clogging and System Downtime
Poor water quality containing sand, silt, and organic debris often leads to emitter clogging, reducing irrigation efficiency and increasing maintenance costs.
Inconsistent Fertilizer Distribution
Traditional fertilization methods lack precision, resulting in uneven nutrient delivery and reduced crop yield.
Equipment Corrosion and Wear
Impurities in water accelerate the wear of valves, pipes, and emitters, shortening system lifespan.
Low Integration and Operational Complexity
Farmers often rely on separate filtration and fertilization units, making the system difficult to manage and less efficient.
IrriNex provides an Integrated Fertigation System designed to ensure clean water delivery and precise nutrient injection:
Multi-stage Filtration Protection
The combination of Hydrocyclone Filter, Sand Media Filter, and Steel Screen Filter effectively removes large particles, sand, and fine impurities.
Efficient Fertilizer Injection
The Large Fertilizer Tank enables stable and controlled nutrient mixing, ensuring uniform distribution across the irrigation system.
Extended System Lifespan
By reducing clogging and minimizing wear, the system protects key components and lowers maintenance costs.
Simplified Operation
A fully integrated design improves system efficiency and makes installation and management easier for users.
IrriNex helps growers achieve higher efficiency, better crop performance, and lower operational costs through a reliable and scalable fertigation solution.
Our system integrates hydrocyclone, sand media, and screen filtration to effectively remove particles of all sizes, ensuring clean water and preventing clogging in irrigation systems.
The large-capacity fertilizer tank enables consistent nutrient mixing and delivery, helping crops receive precise and balanced fertilization for optimal growth.
Built with high-quality materials, IrriNex systems are resistant to corrosion and wear, ensuring stable performance even in harsh agricultural environments.
Our all-in-one solution simplifies installation and operation, reducing maintenance frequency and saving both time and labor costs.

Vegetable growers often struggle with uneven irrigation across rows, high evaporation loss in hot seasons, and labor-intensive manual watering. These issues increase disease risk, reduce yield consistency, and raise operating costs during peak production windows.
Orchard projects frequently face pressure variation across long lateral runs, non-uniform wetting around root zones, and emitter clogging caused by sediment-rich water. These challenges impact fruit quality, increase maintenance intervals, and reduce irrigation reliability during critical growth stages.
Greenhouse growers often face uneven canopy cooling and humidity control when climate-sensitive crops are planted in different bays. Inconsistent spray distribution can lead to stress, disease pressure, and variable growth performance.
Greenhouse agriculture allows growers to control environmental conditions and produce high-quality crops year-round, but irrigation management remains one of the most challenging aspects of greenhouse operations. Many growers still rely on manual irrigation schedules or simple timer-based systems that cannot accurately respond to the changing water needs of crops. This often leads to over-irrigation or under-irrigation, which can reduce crop yields, waste water, and cause root diseases or plant stress. Uneven water distribution is another common issue, as differences in pressure, pipeline layout, or emitter performance may result in inconsistent irrigation across the greenhouse, leading to uneven plant growth. Fertigation management also presents difficulties because nutrients are delivered through irrigation systems, and inaccurate fertilizer dosing can cause nutrient deficiencies, toxicity, or unnecessary fertilizer waste. In addition, drip emitters are prone to clogging from sediment, mineral buildup, algae, or fertilizer residues, which can block water flow and increase maintenance costs. Water quality problems further complicate irrigation performance and system longevity. Greenhouse operators also face rising labor costs and shortages of skilled workers capable of managing complex irrigation systems. At the same time, increasing pressure to conserve water, reduce fertilizer waste, and improve sustainability requires growers to adopt more efficient and reliable irrigation solutions.
