The IrriNex Hydraulic Pressure Sustaining & Relief Valve is a hydraulically operated diaphragm control valve designed to maintain a preset minimum upstream pressure, also known as back pressure. When the upstream pressure falls below the preset value, the valve gradually closes. When the pressure rises above the preset level, the valve opens fully to maintain stable system operation.
Built with a full-bore Y-pattern valve body, the valve provides high flow capacity while minimizing pressure loss. The flexible diaphragm and guided valve core provide accurate and stable regulation, smooth closing and low operating pressure requirements. Its corrosion-resistant plastic construction is designed for reliable operation in irrigation and water control applications.
The valve can also be integrated with electrical control using AC, DC or DC pulse signals for remote opening and closing. A manual control mechanism allows local valve operation when required.
